Ticket parameters: class selected, applicable discounts;
Zone subscription(s) or possible right(s) to a registered discount (optional);
Your user ID;
Device IP address and unique identification number;
Information about abuse or other fraudulent behaviour;
Customer service interactions;
Ticket settings based on the selected fare, zone subscriptions and any discount rights registered;
Data relating to means of payment and means of payment;
Payment ID and token;
Location and activity data (based on motion sensors, if activated);
Registered electronic tickets (Products purchased, Amount billed, Date and time);
Bluetooth beacon signals;
Calculated routes (the recording of journey data starts with opening the app and ends no later than 5 minutes after completion of the checkout process. The end of the checkout process is reported in the app);
Device information: Device: make and model, OS, battery charge level.
