There’s no need to enter your departure and destination points, the app will calculate your journey by geolocating your position. You can travel with peace-of-mind and pay at the end of your journey: one swipe at the start of your journey, another when you arrive. it’s as simple as that!
If you change vehicles during the journey, leave the app activated. Bus, coach… it’s with you every step of the way. And if you forget to end your journey, the app sends you a notification, with the Smart Stop option!

How does it works ?
How to create your account?
- Go to your store to download and install the FAIRTIQ app,
Then create your account by entering your phone number, then your personal information, and indicate your payment method so you can start traveling with ease. Rest assured, nothing will be charged until you travel. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment of 0€. This is normal. This is a verification by your bank. - Select Normandy among the regions that are offered. You are ready to travel with the FAIRTIQ app!
One swipe at the start of your journey
Simply slide the “Start” button to the right. No need to enter your starting point or destination!
Your ticket
Your ticket is automatically created in your app and is always accessible. You will be asked for it if there is a ticket inspection.
Your modes of transport
If you need to connect to a different service to get to your destination, don’t put your journey on hold! FAIRTIQ will recognise your connection, regardless of the mode of transport used within the area of validity.
One swipe on arrival at your destination
Once you have reached your destination, slide the STOP button to complete your journey. A summary of your journey is automatically displayed.
The payment
Travel is recorded and billed at the end of each travel day. As you travel, the application adapts the amount of your invoices to make you benefit from the most interesting rate. The amount of invoices is capped on the basis of the day titles of each network.
Details of the rates applied
Twisto: €1.60 per share, cap at €4.00 per 24h period. These fares also apply to the train between Caen and Bretteville-Norrey.
LiA: €1.80 per ticket, cap at €4.50 per 24h period. These rates also apply to the train between Le Havre and Rolleville.
Caen/ Le Havre in NOMAD Car (examples): € 4.90 on line 111/ € 7.50 on line 122, Caen/ Honfleur: € 6.00 on line 122.
Billing
Once your journey is complete, you will see it appear on your current invoice.
This bill will be paid once it reaches a certain amount, or at the end of the month.
Know that you can view your expenses from your emails or from the menu of the application > history.
You notice a pricing error? Report it directly from your history > click on your route > report a problem with this route.
Progressive deployment across Normandy !
The Atoumod post-payment service is being launched in the Caen / Le Havre area to pilot the scheme. This pilot area is an opportunity for residents and visitors to test an entirely digital ticketing solution from departure to arrival at destination, regardless of the mode of transport used, and without having to worry about each transport network’s fares. Jump on the bus, train or coach spontaneously – you’ll pay for what you use, and at the best price!

Before your travel
Remember to begin your journey BEFORE boarding a vehicle. Once your journey starts, you will be able to travel anywhere within the launch area.
The networks included in the launch scope are:
- The entire LiA urban network in Le Havre including the LER line;
- The entire Twisto urban network in Caen;
- The two lines 122 and 111 of Nomad Car between Caen and Le Havre;
- The Nomad Train line between Caen and Bretteville-Norrey stations.
During your travel
Lors d’un contrôle, appuyez sur “afficher mon billet” dans FAIRTIQ. Votre billet électronique s’affiche alors à l’écran. Présentez-le à l’agent de contrôle.
Si vous quittez le périmètre de validité de l’application au cours de votre trajet, vous ne possédez plus de billet valable et vous ne voyagez pas en règle. Vous êtes susceptible de recevoir une amende.

After your travel
Dès que vous êtes arrivé(e) à destination et quitté le véhicule, vous devez arrêter votre trajet en faisant glisser le bouton ” STOP ” de la droite vers la gauche.
Une fois que vous êtes descendu(e) du véhicule et avez stoppé votre voyage, l’application calcule le trajet parcouru ainsi que le prix correspondant aux tarifs réglementés fixés par chacun de nos réseaux partenaires.
L’application utilise comme comme base de calcul des prix les tarifs des titres unitaires des réseaux empruntés, aux conditions définies par les réseaux partenaires et en appliquant les accords tarifaires existants convenus entre les réseaux.
De plus, l’application plafonne les prix sur une période de 24 heures en appliquant les tarifs des titres 24h Twisto et LiA. Cela vous permet de maîtriser votre budget lorsque vous voyagez individuellement 3 fois ou plus sur une période de 24 heures sur ces deux réseaux.

Twisto : 1,60 € le titre unitaire, plafonnement à 4,00 € par période de 24h. Ces tarifs s’appliquent également au train entre Caen et Bretteville/Norey.
